Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vxrtarget ("the Service"), operated by Vxrtarget. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you register in Vxrtarget.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@vexar.direct if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines or any applicable law.
  • Generate or publish misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory or harassing content.
  • Send unsolicited messages outside the triggers a user has explicitly opted into.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape or abuse the Service's rate limits.

We may suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.

4. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the business facts you enter and of the generated content once it is produced on your behalf. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to operate the Service. We do not use your business data to train external models.

5. AI-generated output

The Service uses large language models. We enforce a fact-grounding layer that restricts generated claims to information you have provided, but AI output may still contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content before publication. We are not liable for consequences of publishing unreviewed output.

6. Meta / Instagram integration

Publishing and messaging actions occur on your explicit request via the official Meta Graph API under permissions you approved. You may revoke permissions at any time from your Instagram account settings. Meta may change its APIs or policies; we may adjust features accordingly without prior notice.

7. Pricing & billing

Paid plans, if offered, are described in-app. Prices, quotas and features may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Taxes are your responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security of the Service or other users, or create legal risk for us.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vxrtarget is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
