Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your Vxrtarget data, including any data we received from Meta / Instagram, by following the steps below. Vxrtarget will process the request within 30 days.

Option 1 — Revoke via Instagram (recommended for Meta data)

1. Open the Instagram app → Settings & privacy → Apps and websites.
2. Find Vxrtarget in the list of active apps and tap Remove.
3. Meta will notify Vxrtarget of the deauthorization. We delete all Meta-originated data for your account within 30 days and confirm by email.

Option 2 — Delete your full Vxrtarget account

1. Send an email from the address associated with your Vxrtarget account to hello@vexar.direct with subject Account deletion request.
2. We will verify ownership and delete: your account, all project data, generated content, tracking links and events, parsed site data and any Meta-originated data.
3. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete (typically within 7 days, always within 30).

What gets deleted

• Account: email, hashed password, authentication tokens.
• Projects: business name, facts, brand voice, contacts, parsed website data.
• Generated content and associated validation reports.
• Tracking links and tracking events tied to your projects.
• All data received from the Meta Graph API for your connected Instagram Business account.

What we retain (and why)

We retain minimal records required by law — for example, invoice records for tax compliance — for the legally mandated period. Such records do not include Meta-originated data.
